SRM 5.0 - Rejected Carts Total Value set to 0

Thanks Natasha,

OSS Note 554936 indicates that this is as designed.  The note says 'The 
decision was made in favour of the manager at the cost of the employee'.
Oh well, at the cost of the WF development as well, I guess.

Be pleased to hear of any workarounds though!
