SRM 5.0 - Substitutes for Cart Creators

Hi Kjetil, and welcome back.

Well, since this is SRM, we don't have event logs to fall back on. :'(

When the shopper gets the rejected task, drills into the cart, etc., the
task will get processed and move on. Not so with the substitute. Even
after the substitute grabs the workitem, drills into the cart, makes
changes, etc... they cannot get the 'rejected task' to move on. In the
workflow log, nobody has even begun execution of that task.

It very well could be a restriction in the SRM web transactions that
only the original shopper can resubmit the cart, but I am hoping
(against hope) that this is something that workflow has some say in. Or
that somebody out on the list can shed some light ?

Thanks,
Sue
