UWL task tab quantities

Hi all,
 
We're using UWL in our SAP portal (SP15). In certain situations, the
Tasks tab show the quantity of tasks (X New / Y) but sometimes it
doesn't. Such also happen with the UWL overview.
 
Any idea why such happen ? any suggestion will be appreciated.
