Restart completed Work item

Hi all,
   
  Is it possible to restart a workflow step (workitem) that has status: completed. Please note that it is a workflow step I am trying to restart and not the entire workflow.
   
  I am on SRM 4.0 and using an extended version of the standard winner bid approval workflow (WS79000002).
