Sending Internet to the SAP User

Hi All,

 I need to send the Email to a 'shopped for' person when a cart is
created(i.e, only if creator is not the requestor).
 I can't use Distribution List as the 'shopped for' user is not pre-defined.
 How can I send an email to the 'shopped for' person.
 I had tried to put the Expression for the Recipient as 'shopped for' SAP ID
but that is not working.

 Any help will be appreciated.
