Superior of CEO ?

Trygve,

An easy way to handle this is by creating a condition on your Worfklow.

If the traveller is the CEO, you branch to a task that sends the approval to 
the Personel Director. In all other cases, you use the 168 rule.

Try to use positions, so you will not have to change the WF when the CEO or 
the Personel Director changes.
