Regd. work items of same object type instance

Hi,
You can have as many items for an object as you like.
If you want a new workflow to replace a previous one, then you need to add
a wait for event step which will terminate an existing workflow when the
event is triggered.
In other words, the event is both a trigger and a terminator for your
workflow.
