Selfitem.SendtaskDescription method not sending mails

Hi Ananth,

If SAP mails are going , then I think the problem is not with workflow.
Then I Think you will have to check regarding the config part related to
sending mail to outlook. ( may be take help from basis guy to check
there is no authorization related problem etc. )

Hi Akshay,

The mails are going from one user to another user, when it is sent from
SAP Inbox. It is just that the notification mails are not generated from
the Task to SCOT transaction, to be sent to the Outlook mail.
