Regarding sending mail to external address

Hi Pat,
Small tip: as dummy users usually have licensing implications, you could
send to a distribution list (created in the business workplace). Snag is
that the stupid mail step editor won't let you select it as an address
type, but if you go to the binding tab and change it to type 'C' you're
away. Better still, don't bother with mail steps and all their associated
bugs and just create them as normal tasks based on
SELFITEM.SENDTASKDESCRIPTION.

A bonus of distr. lists is that you can either link them to an external
address, or you can make them subscription-based within SAP so that your
users can subscribe to it if it suits their mood.
