SM - Approval preview - tabular form

OSS notes.  Not a workflow issue - not relevant to this forum sorry. 
 
Please report it formally via the usual channels. 
Times are timezone related - its helpful to work out if its showing the
system timezone rather than the user timezone when you report it.

Hello All,
 
There are two ways of seeing the approval preview in EBP. To my
surprise, some times Graphical form shows the correct time stamp however
the tabular form does not. Does anybody know why?
 
One more issue. When one or two items of a cart get rejected both
Graphical and Tabular form do not display the agent and the time stamp.
 
I am on SRM 2.0/EBP3.5. No approval BADI available. I implemented all
the relevant OSS notes to fix the issue but in vain.
