SM - Approval preview - tabular form

Hello All,

There are two ways of seeing the approval preview in EBP. To my surprise,
some times Graphical form shows the correct time stamp however the tabular
form does not. Does anybody know why?

One more issue. When one or two items of a cart get rejected both Graphical
and Tabular form do not display the agent and the time stamp.

I am on SRM 2.0/EBP3.5. No approval BADI available. I implemented all the
relevant OSS notes to fix the issue but in vain.
