Using a Responsibility in Multiple Rules

We are in 6.2 and have defined our rules using responsibilities. 

Due to a change in agent routing requirements, I would like to use
existing responsibilities (RY) defined in a rule to other AC rules that
we have. I was looking for the 'Add' functionality in PFAC but do not
seem to have it. Is it possible to use a responsibility in multiple
rules?
