Raising events of BOR WORKINGWI

Hello all,
 
I would like to be able to run certain FM whenever new dialog workitem is created or processed. Therefore, I've found BOR called WORKINGWI - it have the events CREATED and PROCESSED, both inherited for BOR called WORKITEM. The problem is that these events are not raised in the standard system, at least not to the best of my knowledge and SWEL (event trace).
 
Does anyone know how to raise these events whenever workitem is created \ processed ?
