Login button in notification message is not working

Hi All,
   
  I am on SRM 5.0, SRM Server 550.
   
  I have implemented the standard shopping cart approval workflow and configured the system to send a notification message to the workflow initiator when the cart is rejected.
   
  When the workflow initiator clicks on the Link in the notification message to access the workitem, the workitem is not displayed. The URL generated is:
   
  http://saprsv.bpweb.bp.com:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/BBPSC20/!?~client=100&sap-client=100&~language=EN&sap-language=EN&~DisconnectOnClose=1&HEADER_GUID=36754076363941459D3412744305F51E&OBJECT_ID=100%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%200000875
   
  If there is anyone that has activated this functionality in his/her system, please assist by checking if my logon URL is correct.
