Total Value in Shopping Cart Title not updated after Change

Hi All,
   
  I am on SRM 5.0, SRM Server 550.
   
  I have implemented the shopping cart with No. WS14000109 : Approval n-step over Value Limit. The Approver and the Employee have the authorization to change the shopping cart in approval.
   
  When the Employee (creator of the cart) changes the price of the shopping cart in approval, the subject of the work item in the Approvers inbox does not get updated. Though, when the approver view the details of the shopping cart, the shopping cart is updated with the new value.
   
  I have checked the workflow log and realised that the workflow container is updated with the new value while the task (workitem) container still remains the same. 
   
  Please assist on how the subject of the workitem in the Approvers inbox can be updated with the new shopping cart value when the employee that created the cart changes price (total value).
