Collateral method in web portal

HI ALL.


We are in SAP ECC 6.0

I am trying to use a collateral method in the execution of a workitem
through the portal web.
It doesn't work.
The system instead of performing in parallel the two methods, perform them
in sequence.
(Note: the same workitem works well through SapGui)

Does someone have some ideas ???
