Dynamically determining the agent for User Decision Step from the output of another step

Hi All,

I am developing a workflow where I am determining the agent who will execute
the 'User Decision' step in another step of this workflow. So I cannot hard
code a user or use the workflow initiator. How can assign the user
determined within the workflow as an agent of the User Decision step?
