WF-BATCH showing as the "last changed by" is causing us problem

Hello Hélène,
I've answered a similar question here:
https://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?forumID=146&threadID=189972&messageID=2122094#2122094

In short, the WF log tells you much more, and to get the user in there
you'd either have to:
- violate audit requirements through fiddling tables directly, or
- downgrade security and allow people to post leave through a dialog step.
(in other words an 'invisible' step following the decision that does the
posting under the previous user's context using 'advance with dialog')

WF-BATCH is itself an important indicator that something was created by
normal means.

Cheers,
Mike
