WF-BATCH showing as the "last changed by" is causing us problem

Hi all,

Since the launch of MSS, Human Resources have a high concern with the "last
changed by" column indicating WF-BATCH on their reports.  We have created a
program which will give the real name of the person who approve or reject
leave or overtime requests; but when they run certain reports at night, it
indicates WF-BATCH, and this subject keeps coming back to the table.

I am doing an analysis as to whether or not it is possible to get the name
of the real agent in that column in table pa2001 and pa2002 instead of
WF-BATCH when executing work items via MSS.

Before I return a "NOT POSSIBLE" answer, I thought I should ask the experts
and see if anyone out there has encountered this problem and whether or not
someone has found a solution.

We are on 4.7... all comments are welcome.
