item related shopping card approval

Hello,

I am working with ws14500015 Shopping Card item-related approval (SRM5.5).
This BAdi based workflow has begun to work…( all dynamically defined
approval seems to good) but the very first approval doesn’t started.

The item related approval task TS 14508044 is a general task and the
selected agent is set with a proper user by &ACTUALAGENTS& container
variable. The workflow is stopped with SWF_RUN 611. The task above is ready
but there is actual agents. Have you any hint, the act agent user has
authorization problem ?!
