RSWUWFML2 Issue in ECC 5.0 PRD

It is strange that things works as desired in development and test systems, but not in production. However, you should not use RSWUWFML2 in the newest systems where you have extended notifications, so check if transaction SWNCONFIG exists, alternatively menu path Tools; Business Workflow; Development; Administration; Basic Settings; Notifications.

Another thing to check is if you have a workitem "on the loose" that has been sent to everyone because it is a general task and diddn't find any selected agents?
