Travel management - ESS

Hi all,

My question could be a basis problem, but i feel free, to ask here too.

We are in 5.0 and we are using ESS for travel management. 

The request is approved by workflow. 

And here is my problem: I'm unable to send a mails, only the tasks to ESS.

Is this possible to send mails to ESS?
