Hi Akshay,

I think you won't have to worry about PCRs - They are for MSS & ESS only I 
think,
Learn about these ISRs and their integration with Adobe Forms (which seems 
to be the latest hot thing). I think you can get the ISR CookBook from 
service marketplace. I don't have the exact link to the website. Perhaps you 
can search in the mailing list of WUG for that.
