The Parking Workflow configuration in IMG can be carried out using the
path...
SPRO->FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING->FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING GLOBAL
SETTINGS->DOCUMENT->DOCUMENT PARKING

Here you can define the workflow variant(the standard one is WS10000051 and
its subworkflows) and the subworkflows as well as the release
approval levels, release approval procedures etc...

If your requirement is considerable deviating then you can even use your own
workflow variant and the user exit SAPLF040 to effect your own logic.....
