linking SAP to MS Outlook - Issues

Vijay,

Maybe I've missed something but if you just want to receive work items
in Outlook why are you using MAPI?

Why not just use RSWUWFML2 (or if you're on 640 SWNCONFIG / SWNADMIN) ?
