Akshay,
Re: 1. We have not found a way to link the multiline elements directly
to the document from template. It would be very messy, but you could
loop through the multiline element and store each element separately
and then link the individual elements into the document (assuming you
know the max number of elements.) Hopefully someone has a more elegant
answer for this one.
Re: 2. Within the workflow builder, in the bottom of the left panel,
one of the dropdown selections is "Document Templates". When you select
that option, your documents will be listed and you can access them for
editing simply by double clicking.
Cheers,

Subject: Step Document from Template
Hi All,
This may be a very basic question, but as I could not find the answer,
so thought of seeking guidance from you all....
I have created a step for "document from template" in a workflow for
word document and have defined links for the fields so that the values
from BOR object are available in word document created as a result of
this step.
Now I have 2 questions:
1. Is there any restriction on which type of container elements are
seen while linking WF data in document from template? To explain a bit,
I am not able to see any other custom container elements ( say If I
have created one, as a multiline element which will be used inside
workflow) for linking when I am creating document for template.
I am only able to see Main BOR object as container elements and other
std elements such as _WorkItem etc.
2. How do I access this template If I want to change the linking and
may be add some more details to this template? I could not find the way
for editing the document- template.
Thanks in advance.
