non-SAP Approval / Rejection of WI

Hi,

I am a J2EE expert, not an SAP expert, but I did some research about this 
and read through your archives.
We are installing SAP 4.7 ECC 5 at a customer.
We are also to deliver HR functions (ESS/MSS) through a non-SAP J2EE 
Server.
We use BAPIs to display and change data through the web. All fine so far.

We also have to give access to SAP Business Workplace Inbox. That's where 
we are stuck.
We want to allow users to approve / reject requests through the web. Whle 
we can do this
for tasks of type user.Decision, we have no idea how to do it for HTMLForm 
tasks 
or transaction tasks.

These standard workflows are concerned
WS20000081  (leave)
WS01000109  (leave cancellation)
TS20000460    (timesheet)
WS01000105  (appraisals)

How can we deliver workitems of these workflows to users through the web.
We did not find any RFCs to the actual approval. We are thinking about the 
following
alternatives:
- use of Events
- create new RFCs
- modifying the standard workflows to use method User.decision 

Do you know RFCs to do the approval for the workitems in the above 
workflows?
If not: What is the best approach to make these Workitems accessible 
through BAPIs?
Is it possible to get the Forms as XML through some BAPI?
How does WebGUI / ITS do the actual approval? Through which RFCs?

Would it be possible to point to some WebGUI URL to allow the user to 
execute tasks?
