but I did some research about this and read through your archives.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">We are installing SAP 4.7 ECC 5 at a
customer.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">We are also to deliver HR functions
(ESS/MSS) through a non-SAP J2EE Server.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">We use BAPIs to display and change data
through the web. All fine so far.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">We also have to give access to SAP Business
Workplace Inbox. That's where we are stuck.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">We want to allow users to approve /
reject requests through the web. Whle we can do this</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">for tasks of type user.Decision, we
have no idea how to do it for HTMLForm tasks </font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">or transaction tasks.</font>

approval. We are thinking about the following</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">- use of Events</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">- create new RFCs</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">- modifying the standard workflows to
use method User.decision </font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Do you know RFCs to do the approval
for the workitems in the above workflows?</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">If not: What is the best approach to
make these Workitems accessible through BAPIs?</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Is it possible to get the Forms as XML
through some BAPI?</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">How does WebGUI / ITS do the actual
approval? Through which RFCs?</font>

WebGUI URL to allow the user to execute tasks?</font>
