WF error in UWL

Hello,

 

I have two custom tasks in ECC 6.0 (7.0, support pack 5) that go out to
UWL.  One of the tasks is executed just fine from UWL, the other one
receives the following error:

 

Unable to perform the request. Try again and if the problem persists,
inform your system administrator

 

I have checked configuration (WF_EXTSRV, WF_HANDCUST, tables SWLWPTSSID)
and everything seems to be correct.

 

I am also able to execute the problem task from GUI inbox without any
issues.

 

I have asked our Portal team to re-register items but it did not seem to
solve the problem.

 

Has anyone come across such an issue?

 

Any input will be much appreciated.
