Sherie:

Are you sure you are using SWO1 (Business Object Builder)? Can you
provide more details about using this t-code to cancel work items?

Another possibility is to cancel the workflows... SWO1 ..flowitem...
<WSworkitemID>.... method: change status....CANCELLED.
We use this in production for any workflow that needs to be cancelled
rather than deleted. This way you still have the audit trail.

Subject: Deleting undesired WIs from user's inbox in Productive System

   Hi Fellas

I gotta a problem. Whe we've tranported our WF's changes requests to
the Productive System, it activated a Standard WF. Now we have a lot of
undisered and unuseful WIs in many key users inbox.

I've check SAP-WUG's archive and find out two ways to solve it but
I'm still in doubt. I could delete them using RSWWWIDE, because we
started to use the WF yesterday, so I can delete all WIs created before
yesterday. They say that is not recommend to use it. Another solution is
to create my own deleting report, but I'm not sure how to do it.

What do you think? We're on 4.6C, and I'm not in the project (by the way
I'm on vacation) and I need a practical solution.

 Thank you all

Josie
