How to FIND the work item in SAP WORKPLACE INBOX as its sitting outbox now

Hi All:
I have a problem, I couldn't figure it out:
when I had created Release strategies and the
workflow, this was working perfectly, it was going and
sitting in workflow inbox properly, but after
transport to QAS its going to outbox of SAP WORKPLACE,
how to get the workitems again in INBOX of SAP
workplace, Please help me out.
