Ghost workflow in PFTC.

I have a problem with transaction PFTC: 

When creating  and saving a workflow with transaction PFTC, 
The next day when I try to edit the workflow, then sometimes PFTC shows me a
ghost workflow, it has code =  00000000. 

Table HRS1201 shows two entries, one with code 00000000 and the other with
code 91000030 as ObjId. 

Transaction PFTC lists both codes, code 00000000 workflow shows no diagram
in PFTC 'WorkFlow Builder' option. Code 91000030 shows the complete diagram,
it is the true WF.

code 00000000 is a "ghost". I would like it not to happen.

We run SAP R3 Enterprise, Basis 620.

Please help me.
