G'day Angelo,

If you search the archive you will find details I gave at some point
in the distant pass that it is possible to achieve what you want with
Workitem exits. The recommendations at the time come with warnings
that what I performed and tested was done for interest sake only and
never rigorously tested.

Mike's comments on retraining the users are to be well considered
before looking at this option.
