Shrunken decision displays

Hi all,

6.20/4.7 system, for no apparent reason, a decision step occasionally only
uses a small part of the SAPGUI frontend window.

Basically, all the buttons are squeezed into a box in the top left corner
- about a quarter of the size of the SAPGUI window - with a scrollbar to
see the rest of the text.

This occurs with frontends 620 patch 51 and 640 patch 8, so I don't think
it's a frontend issue, and OSS hasn't turned up any notes.

Any insight would be appreciated,
