WI advance with dialog

You might try having the superior mail the work item using send mail
rather than forwarding it.  Send mail is under the more functions button
in the business workplace.

	But the workflow not exactly for approval.
	This is a performance appraisal related workflow in which
superior will add some comments to the self appraisals done by the
officer.And more over the workflow is used in PRD.We are maintaining
it.IF u can suggest some administrative way then it would be very
helpful.

			Hi all
			My requirement is ,
			Superior wants to forward the workitem back to
the officer for some changes.
			This is happening by forwarding the workitem.
			But the problem is after officer making the
changes in forwarded workitem he is getting the button complete workitem
by clicking which he will be able to approve his own request.If he
clicks cancel and reforwards to the superior then the things are okay. 
			 
			Is there anykind of suggestion for this to and
fro movement of workitem without giving the officer the opportunity to
approve his own request?
