User Change of Name: Workflow Recipient Could not be determined

Get the marriage anulled immediately!
 
Is the manager determined from employee number (which I assume has not
changed) or from user name?
If it is from user name, check that infotype 0105 is correct.
 
If infotype 0105 is correct, could the problem be that some of the time
sheet entries are from before her name change and some of them from
after the name change?
 
Seems they made a wise choice when they decided to use employee number
as user name here in Statoil, I have heard rumours from other places
about user name changes being a pain.

I'm stuck and looking for inspiration! 

One of our users, Lindsay Mackay, got married and changed her name to
Lindsay Foubister.   

She has been changed in SU01, PA30, OOSB and when I do a rule 168 to
find the superior of (under her new name), it comes up with her correct
Line Manager. 

However, when she is trying to save and release her timesheet, she is
getting an error message of 

 'Time sheet contains errors.  You cannot save 
Workflow recipient could not be determined.' 

Could anyone give me an idea of where to look next?
