Lotus Form - Work Flow - Reminder

Hello Kjetil,
Thank you for your reply,
We have a mandatory requirement to use the Lotus Form ( because of for
layout / colors and Buttons etc )
So, i request your inputs for this case, where we use a lotus form for
reminder purposes.
