Hi Vijay:

Yes you are right. I was just trying to describe one of many ways to let
users write their rejection reasons, without attachments. Two work items
are created, but the user does not have to go back to the inbox to open
the second one. The second one pops up immediately by itself due to the
"advance with dialog" feature.

Thanks for the info. Lianghuan. I should try this out sometime.
But isn't my previous way (confirm end of processing step) also a way of
sending attachments.
I was thinking that's the way people send attachments. If they do it
using this HTML Process, then the user has to close the previous work
item, open his new work item in SBWP and then give the reason..isn't it.
