regarding SBWP setup

Hi All,
 I have a problem in displaying BWSP (IAC Inbox), not SBWP. I am using IE 
browser for SAP GUI for HTML. When I execute transaction BWSP, the screen is 
totally mess up. The basis said that it is SAP default, and can not be 
changed.
I dont agree, because I saw in the book (Practical Workflow for SAP) that 
IAC inbox (BWSP) should look very nice.
Could any body here help me?
