Change generic decision task TS00008267

Anybody worked on this?
 
Its a know issue with SAP decision task that the buttons are too close
to each other resulting in users clicking the wrong button often. Our
users has asked to popup a confirmation message when 'Reject' is
pressed. 
 
How should I go for this change. 
 
Please note that we are using SAP R3 4.6C with ITS to display the SAP
business workplace. Hence the popup should appear both in R/3 and on the
web interface.
