Hi:

For the SRM Shopping Cart n-step item level WF eMails, are there any
automated tools ( reports or notifications ) to handle the following:

WF eMails not reaching the recipient due to:

	Incorrect eMail address - eMail failure notification is received
	Return with out-of-office auto-reply
	eMails that fail to be sent
