regarding WAPI Func. module

Hi Jocelyn,

You had asked me to use this func. module SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT over 
SWE_EVENT_CREATE
for creating events to call workflows. Is there any specific reason to use 
this new function module.
One more thing...there are two SAP systems at our place. One is release 46C 
and the other is 620.
The WAPI module in 620 has extra fields called USERID and SY_LANGU, while 
the 46C release doesn't have these extra fields. Can I enable these fields 
in the 46C release also. Please tell me how to do it.
