hi ess work flow

hi
i am working on work flow ws20000081 .
1)
i can see and run this work flow through ess 
but i dont know  to run this through w/3
2)
my second problem is that in ess when we execute the work item some extra buttons appear 
eg forward ,send etc (except the normal ones ie approve , reject) 
 
when a person forwards workitem it goes to the next person but i cant find in  the flow logic of 
ws20000081
 
please pleae help
