Restart of main flow leaves sub-sub-flow in error

Hi Alon,
The main one - it's the only one that'll appear in SWPR / SWI2_DIAG.

Once it's reatarted, there are no more WF's in error because the
top-level flow is now back to 'in process'. Yet the subflow still  remains
dead as a dodo.
