Fowarding from inbox

>From one's inbox,  can you forward to another r/3 inbox and to their
internet email address,
 by just using the foward icon in the inbox workplace.  In other words, a
one step process to send to
two places.

If that is not possible and the workflow has to be changed, is there a wait
event or something that after you forward
to the users r/3 inbox ,  that a step in the workflow could be developed to
send to the email address.

Thank you for any advice as the best way to handle.
