Event linkage gets deactivated after successful execution

Hi All,

I am facing a strange problem.

I have copied standard workflow for P O WS20000075 and done the
necessary changes.

I have made the necessary event linkages and activated the workflow.
There is a 2 level release strategy for  release of P O.

When I create the PO, the workflow is triggered and the notification
mail and workitem is sent to the concerned user to release. Once the
user executes from the inbox, the workflow is completed.

But after the successful execution for 1st level release, the event
linkage is automatically deactivated on its own.

I executed both the standard and customised workflows, but for both
the cases, the event linkage gets deactivated immediately after
successfully executing 1st level release.

Can some one pls let me know what might be reason for this strange behaviour.
