Events for Change Documents - FM For Event Id

Hi Jerry,
You can very well use change documents i.e SWEC to trigger your event in
this case.
I don't think you'd need to change the FM for change documents, if you
notice 'Field Restrictions' in SWEC for a link there's something called
Condition Editor. I think you can use this editor itself to check your
percentages...Try this...Please correct me if I'm wrong in any way.
