Just in case also check
Http://service.sap.com/PAM to check that GUI , browser, OS etc being
used are a supported versions.
It may also be a bug.

Regards
Phil.

	Thank you very much Jocelyn.

I have activated the missing services and now it is working.
Thank you again.

Now i am working in a workflow that integrates SAP Records
Management. The first step creates a record, and in the second step the
user must add an application document (.doc). It works fine from the
SAPgui for windows, but in the browser fails. Instead of show me the
records browser it seems to fail generating the html code and i only get
a white page. Browsing the SAP Menu to Records Management i can see the
records models editor but when i try the records editor i get the same
error. It seems to be a bug or something like that. Do you know anything
about it?

I am evaluating SAP workflow + SAP Records Management using
Technology Preview SAP Netweaver 04 Testdrive SR1 on a SuSE 9.0. The
method that fails is RECORD.EDIT.

	Thank you in advance.
	Carlos

	Carlos,
	You are either:
	* missing an internet service
	* missing the HTML pages for the internet service
	* missing SAPGUI for HTML

It's easier to help if you provide details of the release you
are working with, the object/method you are using in your create
notification task, what web inbox/web environment you are working with.

	Hello.

My experience with is short very short and I'm trying to learn
SAP business workflow by myself.
I've just finished modelling the workflow example "Notification
of absence". Everythink works fine when I use SAPgui for Windows.
But if I use my web browser to conect to my SAP server via HTTP
the problems begins.

I can see the task in my inbox, but when i try to execute the
first task ( create a notification of absence ) something goes wrong and
i only get a white html page with the title "Create notification of
abscence" and nothing more.

Could anybody help me? what am i doing wrong? or is there
anything i have to do first for enable access my tasks with a web
browser?

	thank you very much.
	Carlos
