Workitem 'replace' scenario

Hi Tami,
This behaviour is by design. On my wishlist is to be able to do a reserve
and replace to reevaluate agent rules (e.g. after org changes), so that
users could do it themselves.
On the other hand, the forwardee in position 2 might replace it before
going to play golf for the afternoon and pick it up again the next day if
nobody else has done it - so it's also a valid scenario.

Cheers
Mike
