Sender Name in Workflow sending to outlook

Tim,

 

Check the first and last name in the user profile of WF-BATCH in SU01.  But, obviously this will affect the sender name of any emails sent from any workflow in the system.

Hi,

I have created a workflow in xRPM and have switched on SAP CONNECT to send the mail to outlook. However when the mail arrives in outlook the sender name is "workflow system". The customer would like to change this name, however I don't find where I could change it.

Does anybody have an idea wether and where I could change the sender name?
